Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ALA-QUANT service ("the Service"), operated by Tobins Holdings LLC (United States), together with its Nigerian affiliate Tobins Holdings Nigeria Limited ("we," "us," "our"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

The Service provides statistical estimates of football match outcomes using publicly available team and league data, calculated through a mathematical model (a Poisson distribution and team-strength blend). The Service is a sports statistics and analytics tool.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to or use the Service.

3. Subscription Plans

• $5/month (recurring) — grants access to the full calculator, backtesting, and prediction features for as long as the subscription remains active.
• $100 one-time — grants permanent access to the same features, plus an invitation to our private Telegram channel.

Prices are listed in USD and may be updated from time to time; changes will not affect a billing cycle already in progress.

4. Access & Accounts

Access is provided via a unique PIN sent to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for keeping this PIN confidential. We reserve the right to suspend access if a PIN is shared or used in a way that violates these Terms.

5. Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Football matches involve outcomes that cannot be predicted with certainty. The Service provides probability estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for any decisions made, financial or otherwise, based on information provided by the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization; attempt to bypass access controls; use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tobins Holdings LLC (United States), together with its Nigerian affiliate Tobins Holdings Nigeria Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any financial loss connected to decisions made using our predictions.

9. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
